Delete your Heft account

You can delete your Heft account and the personal data tied to it. Deletion is permanent.

Fastest way (in the app)

1. Open hefthaul.com or the Heft app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

That signs you out and removes your account.

Or email us

If you cannot sign in, email support@hefthaul.com from the address on your account. Put Delete my Heft account in the subject and include the phone number on the account if you have one.

What we delete

• Your login, display name, and phone.
• Profile and driver profile data tied to you.

What we may keep

• Job records needed for receipts, taxes, disputes, or legal requirements, with personal identifiers removed where we can.
• Payment records Stripe keeps under its own rules.

Timing

In-app deletion happens right away. Email requests are handled within a few business days after we confirm it is your account.
